As we haven't had the chance to install either the Curt # C77ER or the Draw-Tite # DT92MR on a 2021 Mustang Mach-E, I went out and measured from the center of the first bolt hole to the end of the receiver opening on both hitches. The Curt will sit out a little further out at 14-1/4", and the Draw-Tite will be 13".

I would be happy to compare those two hitches for you but there is little to no technical information available about the Stealthhitch because it does not release until the end of August 2022. Out of the two I would highly recommend the Draw-Tite item # DT72GR for your 2022 Mach-E. It has a comparable installation method so ascetically it is nearly identical. That's a good question, and there is one option I do like better for your 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E between the Curt # C77ER and Draw-Tite # DT72GR hitches, and that's the hitch from Curt, which is the following part number:
